Recapture of Issued Shares

As part of its capital restructuring plan, SBDG is pleased to announce that it has recovered an additional 18,880 shares that were issued in December 2012 (http://www.SBDGP.com). This reduces the outstanding shares to 1,283,284. CEO Roy Salisbury commented, ?This is all part of the process we use under our ?Engineering of a Public Company? program. By recapturing these shares and returning them to the treasury, we increase the company value for all stockholders?.
