we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, vide their resolution passed by circulation today, i.e. Saturday, March 28, 2026, have approved the allotment of 256 Secured, Unlisted, Unrated, Redeemable, Fully Paid Non-Convertible Debentures, of face value of Rs. 1,00,000/- each at an issue price of Rs. 1,00,000/- each aggregating to INR 2,56,00,000 (Rupees Two Crores Fifty-Six Lakhs Only) on Private Placement basis.
