On September 14, 2012, Tower Properties Company entered into a real estate contract to sell five surface parking lots (600 Baltimore, 700 Baltimore, 600 Main, 601 Main and 102 E. 8th Street) in downtown Kansas City, Missouri. The total sales price is $7,200,000. The sale is expected to close in 2012.
