This development, which is 150 floors high and comprises 1,200 apartments, is scheduled for completion in 2009, with a Gross Development Value of approximately $2.4 billion. Premium Media has also been appointed by its existing client, Tudorvale Properties, to provide media planning and buying and marketing consultancy, for the construction and sale of 200 residential units, situated close to the Old Street Roundabout, London, EC1.
