Image Scan Holdings plc Wins £1m Order from British Nuclear Group
Image Scan Holdings plc (Image Scan) is pleased to announce the signing of a major contract with British Nuclear Group
Ltd (BNG) for in-line x-ray inspection systems to enhance BNG's current manufacturing inspection capability, due for
completion by May 2008. The contract provides for a number of milestones such that £0.6m of the total £1m revenue will
fall in the financial year 2007. This follows last month's announcement of orders for the Company's MDXi industrial
inspection systems which were valued in excess of £0.7m.
This order incorporates a combination of the Company's advanced X-Line and bespoke x-ray camera systems to meet the
demanding challenges of BNG's quality assurance requirements. Representing a significant broadening of the Company's
industrial client base, this new contract was awarded to Image Scan following an extensive international competitive
tendering process.
