Exclusive Distribution Deal
TG is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Datatool (UK)
Limited ('Datatool'), has signed a two year exclusive deal with Reevu
Distribution (UK) Limited ('Reevu') to distribute Reevu's revolutionary
'rear-view' motorcycle helmet in the UK.
The new helmet provides rear vision through an integral optic system reducing
the need for riders to take their eyes off the road in front and thereby
improving safety.
TG believes that there are significant synergies between Reevu's helmet and
Datatool's leading motorcycle alarm brand and is confident that it will be a
beneficial addition to its expanding motorcycle security and accessory portfolio
which is distributed to a nationwide network of motorcycle dealers.
The UK motorcycle helmet market is estimated to be worth over £40 million per
annum and distribution is scheduled to begin in early 2004.
