This is in furtherance to our letter dated 27 November, 2024 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015, we are enclosing herewith the resolution passed by circulation in regards to conversion of 2,50,000 share warrants into equity shares of the Company.
