TORONTO, July 20 /CNW/ - Cinnamon Investments Limited ("Cinnamon") of 60
Bedford Road, Toronto, Ontario, M5R 2K2 announces that as a result of
redemptions of units of Ravensource Fund (formerly The First Asia Income Fund)
by unitholders other than Cinnamon pursuant to an annual redemption right, as
well as the purchase of a small number of units in the market, the percentage
of the issued and outstanding units owned or controlled by by Cinnamon has
increased. Cinnamon now owns or controls 321,700 units, representing 22.41% of
the issued and outstanding units.
Cinnamon holds units for investment purposes. Depending on market and
other conditions and subject to compliance with applicable law, Cinnamon may
increase or decrease its ownership of, or control over, units.
