We wish to inform you that the company has sent the notice of 91st AGM of the Company along with Annual Report for the Financial year ended on March 31, 2026 on August 25, 2026. Further, pursuant to provisions of Regulations 30 and 47 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith the copies of newspaper advertisements published today, i.e. August 26, 2026 in The Free Press Journal (English Newspaper) and NavShakti (Marathi Newspaper) detailing the procedure with respect to e-voting facility provided by the Company to all its Members to enable them, to cast their votes on all matters listed in notice convening 91st AGM of the company scheduled to be held on Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. through VC/OAVM.
