We refer to our letter dated April 20, 2026 made pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("the Regulations").Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Regulations we hereby inform you that Mr. Surinder Paul Kanwar, Chairman and Managing Director of the Company, has intimated the Company that the appeal dated 15.04.2026 filed by him under Section 11 of the Passports Act, 1967, against the revocation of his passport, has been dismissed by an Order dated July 23, 2026 passed by the Joint Secretary (PSP) & Chief Passport Officer (CPO), Ministry of External Affairs, which was received by him on July 29, 2026.The Company will keep you informed you of any material developments in this matter, as and when required, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.You are requested to kindly take the same on record.
