Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time and "Rapid Investment Limited''s Code of Conduct for Insiders", the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed for Designated Persons (as defined in the Code) including their immediate relatives, with effect from 01st July, 2026 till 48 hours after the announcement of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2026.
