("PegBio") to explore the delivery of multiple novel candidates from PegBio's obesity and metabolic disease pipeline using Rani's proprietary RaniPill® platform. Under the terms of the agreement, Rani and PegBio will collaborate on the preclinical development of RaniPill formulations for multiple molecules selected from PegBio's obesity and metabolic disease portfolio, with the goal of advancing the most promising candidates into clinical development.
