RAMBODA FALLS PLC ERRATA TO THE COMPANY INTERIM FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE QUARTERS ENDED 31ST DECEMBER 2024 AND 31ST MARCH 2025We write to inform you that a typographical error has been detected in the Directors Shareholding disclosed in the Quarterly Reports for the Quarters ended 31stDecember 2024 and 31stMarch 2025. The error has occurred under the heading " Share Holding as at 31st December 2024" and " Share Holding as at 31st March 2025" . The Directors Share holding percentage has been recorded previously as 69.69% ,whilst the correct figure is 64.69% .
The relevant pages of the corrected Quarterly Reports are attached , for publication in the CSE Website. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
