ESTABLISHMENT OF AN EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE FOR THE CURRENT 2026-2028 TERM

Under the terms and for the purposes of paragraph a) of number 1 of article 6 of CMVM Regulation no. 1/2023, RAMADA INVESTIMENTOS E INDÚSTRIA, S.A. hereby announces that in the meeting held today, the Board of Directors decided on the creation of an Executive Committee, for the current term (2026-2028), with the following composition:
