Notice Regarding Difference between Full-Year Guidance and Actual Results
RAKUS Co., Ltd. (hereinafter the "Company"), hereby announces that differences have arisen between the guidance for the fiscal year ending March, 2021 (from April 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021) disclosed on October 14, 2020 and the actual results disclosed today.

The Company conducted a two-for-1 stock split of common stock on October 1, 2020. EPS is calculated assuming that the stock split was conducted at the beginning of the fiscal year ended March 2020.
2. Reason of difference
Sales exceeded the guidance due to robust new orders of the cloud business. All types of profit exceeded the guidance because of an increase in sales as well as less personnel costs than the budget. This is because we hired much larger number of people than the initial guidance but less than the revised guidance disclosed on October 14, 2020.
