The Board of Directors of RML has appointed Mr. Patee Sarasin as Chairman of the Board of Directors, effective May 2, 2025.
Mr. Korn Narongdej, Chairman of the Executive Committee of Raimon Land Public Company Limited (RML), said "At the Board of Directors' Meeting No. 5/2025, held on May 2, 2025, the Board approved the appointment of Mr. Patee Sarasin, a current member of the Board of Directors, as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors, effective immediately. Mr. Patee will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's business footprint, particularly in hospitality-focused real estate ventures such as branded residences and hotels in key tourism destinations like Pattaya and Phuket, a core strategic focus for the company this year.
