On June, 5, 2017, the Company acted on behalf of a major subsidiary Rih-Ding
Water Enterprise Co., Ltd. to contract the second phase of the construction
project to the Company's another major subsidiary Titan Development &
Construction.
4.Reason for change and its main content:
1.In order to execute the second phase of the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT)
Project for Taoyuan City Taoyuan District Sewerage System, Rih-Ding Water
Enterprise Co., Ltd. (Rih-Ding Water) contracted and entered into an
agreement with Titan Development & Construction Co., Ltd. in June 2017.
2.Construction cost adjustment details of project change:
(1)Construction cost adjustment of project change for November 2017,
November 2020, totaled 1,919,505,047 (included tax) (The said
information had been announced)
(2)Current Construction Costs Adjustments of project change
totaled 4,159,088 (included tax)
(3)Total Construction Costs Adjustments of project change
totaled 1,923,664,135 (included tax)
5.Effect on the Company's finance and business after the change:
The construction costs adjustments will provide Titan Development and
Construction with revenue and cash flow. Upon completion of the
construction period, including the sewerage system and treatment facilities,
Rih-Ding Water shall be able to collect the applicable construction and
sewage treatment revenue providing it with a stable revenue stream so it can
achieve its initial investment and financial objectives.
