This is with reference to your letter No PSX/Gen-2204, dated December 18, 2025 on the captioned subject.
In this regard, we would like to apprise you that in terms of Section 97 of the Securities Act, 2015 and clause 5.6.3 of i'SX Regulations, that the management of Quice has scrutinized the matter thoroughly and have concluded that, we are unaware of any matter or development which might have triggered the recent unusual movement of its share price or volume during the preceding period.
Further, we do not have specific information regarding the reasons for the recent fluctuations in the price/volume of the Company. We believe, that investor interest was likely influenced by a perceived difference in valuation. This perception seems to have encouraged greater engagement from the market and may have guided subsequent investment decisions rather than to any act or undisclosed information on part of the Company.
Furthermore, we would like to assure you that the Company is fully cognizant of all applicable legal and regulatory procedures and requirements and will continue to ensure compliance with the same.
