QUALITY & RELIABILITY S.A. (hereinafter the "Company"), in response to the letter received from the Hellenic Capital Market Commission under protocol number 1490/06.07.2026, informs the investing public as follows:
With reference to an online media report, according to which the Company's management will be in Poland and is expected to announce the acquisition of a listed IT company, the Company notes that, in the context of the Group's broader business strategy and development, it continuously examines investment opportunities, partnerships and business transactions, both in Greece and abroad.
At the present time, no final decision has been made and there is no binding agreement or other event that requires disclosure to the investing public.
The Company will make any required announcement, if and when a relevant obligation to inform the investing public arises, in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework.
