Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, i.e., June 03, 2026, has, inter-alia, considered and approved credit facilities from HDFC Bank Limited aggregating to Rs. 91.31 Crores and execution of the necessary loan, security and ancillary documents, including creation of security in favour of the Bank, in accordance with the terms of the sanction letter.
