In continuation our earlier intimation vide letter no. QTL/SEc/2024-25/253 dated Janaury 24, 2025 regarding symbolic possession of the mortgaged properties, we wish to further inform teh Exchange that the Company has received a Notice under SEction 13 (8) of Securitisation and Reconstruction of the Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 read with Rule 8(6) of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules 2002 to sell the secured assets of the Company after 30 days from the date of receipt of the Notice.
