QPR Software Plc's Annual Report for 2025 has been published and is available on the company's website at www.qpr.com and www.qpr.com/fi.
The Annual Report includes the Financial Statements for the financial period 1 January-31 December 2025 and is available in both English and Finnish. In accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) requirements, the Financial Statements have also been published in XHTML format. The primary statements of the consolidated financial statements have been labelled with XBRL tags as required.
QPR Software has also published its Corporate Governance Statement 2025 and Remuneration Report 2025. The Remuneration Report details the remuneration paid to the Board of Directors and the CEO during 2025 and will be presented at the Annual General Meeting on 17 June 2026.
