Q3 2026 Trading Update

ProBiotix Health plc (AQSE: PBX), the life sciences business developing probiotics to support cardiometabolic health, is pleased to announce a Q3 2026 trading update (for the nine months to 30 September 2026).

Key Highlights:

• Sales +36% to £2.68m (2025*: £1.97m)
• Gross Profit +88% to £1.64m (2025*: £0.87m)
• Gross Profit margin at 61% (2025*: 54%)
• EBITDA of £0.15m (2025*: £0.25m loss)
• Cash balance of £1.2m – providing sufficient liquidity to fund planned activities

*for the 9 month period

Steen Andersen, CEO of ProBiotix commented: "We are pleased with the continued growth achieved during the first nine months of 2026, and the resilience demonstrated by the business, despite ongoing global uncertainty affecting some of our markets.

The continued expansion of our customer base, growing pipeline of active sales opportunities and increasing commercial interest at key industry events, including CPhI in Milan and Vitafoods in Barcelona, reinforce our confidence in the strength and long-term sustainability of our value proposition.

Our investment in the Chinese market is beginning to deliver results, and with the refocused US commercial activities expected to gain momentum in early 2027, we remain confident in the Group's outlook and future growth prospects."
