Pursuit Minerals Ltd (ASX: PUR) ('PUR', 'Pursuit' or the 'Company') wishes to advise that in accordance with Listing Rule 3.16.3, HLB Mann Judd (VIC) Partnership ('HLB Mann Judd') has been appointed as auditor of the Company in accordance with s 327C(1) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ('Corporations Act'). The appointment follows the resignation of BDO Audit Pty Ltd (' BDO Audit ') and ASIC's consent to the resignation in accordance with s329(5) of the Corporations Act. The change of auditor arose as a result of Pursuit relocating its registered office to Melbourne , Victoria . With a majority of the Directors also residing within Melbourne .
