TheWorks.co.uk plc (the "Company" or the "Group") Purchase of Shares for the Employee Benefit Trust The Company has been notified by the Trustee of the TheWorks.co.uk Employee Benefit Trust (the " EBT ") that on 4 April 2025 the EBT purchased a total of 410,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company (the " Shares ") at a price of 18.7 pence per share.   The Shares will be held in the EBT, which is a discretionary trust for the benefit of the Group's employees. The Shares will be used to satisfy the vesting and exercise of awards over shares under the Company's executive and employee share plans, including to Executive Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (" PDMRs ") of the Company.
