Savills PLC 11 January 2007 11 January 2007 Savills plc Purchase of own shares Savills plc announces that it has today purchased 3,500,000 ordinary shares, representing 2.59% of the issued share capital, at a price of 623p for cancellation through from Hoare Govett's affiliate, ABN AMRO Bank N.V., London Branch. These shares were purchased in today's placing of stock held by CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. (CBRE). Following the purchase, Savills total issued share capital is 131,626,684 shares.
