Purchase of 2026 ZDP Shares
The Board of UIL Limited (the "Company") announces that on 12 August 2026 the Company purchased in the market 500,000 2026 ZDP Shares issued by its subsidiary, UIL Finance Limited, at a price of 150.50p per 2026 ZDP Share. The 2026 ZDP Shares, which are redeemable on 31 October 2026, will be held as an investment.
Following this purchase, UIL Limited has a holding of 5,523,891 2026 ZDP Shares and the total number of 2026 ZDP Shares in issue remains unchanged at 25,000,000.
