CALGARY, Nov. 24 /CNW/ - Pulse Data Inc. ("Pulse") announces that it
intends to purchase up to 2,394,121 common shares (representing 5% of the
47,882,439 issued and outstanding common shares) under a normal course issue
bid through the facilities of the TSX. All shares purchased under the normal
course issuer bid will be cancelled. The duration of the normal course issue
bid will be from November 28, 2006 through November 27, 2007.
Pulse believes that its common shares may from time to time be
undervalued.

Pulse is a Calgary-based company with two operating units: Pulse Seismic
specializing in acquiring, marketing and licensing seismic data to the western
Canadian energy sector, and Terrapoint focusing on acquisitions and processing
