VIRTUALWARE 2007 S.A.
Virtualware (EPA: ALVIR) made today its equity story available to investors at Euronext's website.
The document is also available on the investor section of the company’s website https://virtualwareco.com/investors/ and sets out the group’s business, its financial data and its 2027–2029 strategic plan after the acquisition of Virtalis.
On 28 September 2026, Virtualware completed the acquisition of 100% of Virtalis Holdings Limited, of Manchester. It paid 4.5 times EBITDA, with cash and debt, and issued no new shares.
On a full-year pro forma basis, the combined group reaches approximately 10 million euros of revenue and approximately 2.5 million euros of EBITDA in 2026. More than half of its revenue is recurring, and 78% comes from outside Spain, with the United Kingdom as its largest market at 37.7%.
The 2027–2029 strategic plan rests on three pillars: mission-critical industries and international expansion, recurring software and technological sovereignty, and financial solvency and sustainable growth.
