AND NOTICE OF THE 2024 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Company announces that it has published its full Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 and Notice of the 2024 Annual General Meeting, which is to be held at 1.00pm on Thursday 16 May 2024 at Eurocell Head Office and Distribution Centre, High View Road, Alfreton, Derbyshire, DE55 2DT.
Copies of the documents listed below have been posted to registered shareholders today:
1. 2023 Annual Report and Accounts
2. Notice of the 2024 Annual General Meeting
3. Form of Proxy for the 2024 Annual General Meeting
