Public Power Corporation S.A. ("PPC") announces that in the context of its buy-back programmeforthepurchaseofupto38,200,000ofitsownshares,fortheperiodfrom 20.02.2025 until 26.02.2025, PPC purchased through transactions in the Athens Exchange, 279,934 Own Shares in total, as follows:

Following the above-mentioned purchases, PPC holds an aggregate of 21,427,472 shares issued by it, which correspond to 5.8027% of the Company's total shares.
It is noted that, on 13.12.2024, PPC proceeded to the cancelation of 12,730,000 own shares resulting in its share capital amounting to 369,270,000 common registered shares.Thissharecapitaldecreasedoesnotchangetheabovementionedmaximum number of shares (38,200,000) that PPC may purchase. Therefore, on 26.02.2025, the totalnumberofsharesissuedbyPPCthatitmaypurchaseuntilthetermination ofthe current buy-back programme amounts to 4,042,528.
