The annual financial statements have therefore been adopted in accordance with Section 172 of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG). There were no material changes compared to the preliminary figures already published. MSW GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft Steuerberatungsgesellschaft, Berlin, audited the annual financial statements and issued an unqualified audit opinion. In addition, HausVorteil AG invites its shareholders to the Annual General Meeting. The meeting will take place on 4 August 2026 from 1:00 p.m. in the Ernst Schneider Hall at the premises of the Düsseldorf Chamber of Industry and Commerce, Ernst-Schneider-Platz 1, 40212 Düsseldorf, Germany.
