REVISION TOWARDS ANNOUNCEMENT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OFSHAREHOLDERS 2026 PT UNITED TRACTORS Tbk ("Company") On 10 March 2026, the Company has issued the Announcement of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2026 and Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (hereinafter referred to as " Meeting ") (" Meeting Announcement "). According to the aforementioned Meeting Announcement, we intend to inform the following revision: In connection with the adjustment to the agenda of the Meeting, the Company hereby informs that the Company will not convene the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) as previously stated in the earlier Meeting Announcement. Accordingly, the Company will only convene the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS). The Company further informs that all information related to the EGMS as previously disclosed in the Meeting Announcement is no longer applicable. The AGMS implementation will remain to be held on 16 April 2026 at the time and venue as stated in the Meeting Announcement. Revision of the Meeting Announcement shall not affect date of AGMS and the Invitation thereof as it will be conducted in compliance with the timeframe stipulated under Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 15/POJK.04/2020 concerning the Plan and Implementation of General Meetings of Shareholders of Public Companies.
