INDORAMA CORP SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETES THE ACQUISITION OF ADFERT, A SPECIALTY FERTILIZERS AND CROP NUTRITION SOLUTION COMPANY IN BRAZIL ON 1 NOVEMBER 2022 November 4th, 2022 With great pleasure, we announce that effective November 1st, 2022, Indorama Holdings Brasil Ltda ("IHBL" or "Indorama") , has consummated the acquisition of Adfert Aditivos Industria e Comercio LTDA and its affiliates (" Adfert "). All condition precedents have been fulfilled and customary regulatory approvals have been received with no further amendments. On behalf of Indorama , we welcome Adfert ´s team to our family and we look forward to having all of you on board.
