As a Shared Service Center, CASS provides comprehensive back-office services covering finance, human resources, procurement, and customer operations, enabling greater efficiency, standardization, and adaptability to the evolving needs of the Group across its growing operations in Energy, Chemicals and Infrastructure, in Indonesia, Singapore and beyond. One of CASS's current key focus areas is supporting the operations of Aster Chemicals & Energy Pte, Ltd (Aster), a leading energy and chemical solutions provider in Singapore and the Asia Pacific region. Aster is a joint venture between Chandra Asri Group and Glencore, one of the world's largest natural resource companies, combining the legacy of Singapore's first oil refinery with advanced petrochemical operations. Through CASS, regional business activities are managed more efficiently through centralized service support from Indonesia, enhancing operational effectiveness across geographies.
