("BUMI or the "Company") has successfully held EGMS via online and offline (11/10) at J.S. Luwansa Hotel. Strict health protocols were followed. EGMS was attended by Shareholders or their legitimate Proxies amounting to 81,974,382,659 (eighty one billion-nine hundred seventy four million-three hundred eighty two thousand-six hundred fifty nine) shares or accounting for 56.989% (fifty six point nine eight nine percent) of 143,841,242,189 (one hundred forty three billion-eight hundred forty one million-two hundred forty two thousand-one hundred eighty nine), being the total number of issued shares of the Company. Based on the attendance quorum, the EGMS was declared valid and was therefore allowed to adopt valid and binding resolutions for the single agenda item.
