Signing of Credit Facility Agreement between PT Buana Finance Tbk and PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia in amount of Rp200 billion

PT Buana Finance Tbk (the Company) has signed Credit Facility Agreement with PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia on Friday, May 16, 2025, which is addition of Working Capital Installment in amount of Rp200 billion with tenor 36 months for the Company.<_o3a_p>

Credit facilitywill be used for the Company's working Capital purposes, namely offering Consumer Finance. This facilities secured by the Company receivables.
