NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS REGARDING THE SCHEDULE AND PROCEDURES FOR THE DISTRIBUTION OF CASH DIVIDENDS FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2025 PT BANK NEGARA INDONESIA (Persero) Tbk ("PERSEROAN") CSE/7/2245 dated 10 March 2026 In connection with the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders under the Second Agenda Item, it was resolved to distribute cash dividends from the Company's net profit for the Financial Year 2025 in the amount of Rp13,026,457,038,424.30 (65% of the Company's net profit for the Financial Year 2025) or approximately Rp349.4133654 per share, to be distributed to the Company's Shareholders. Accordingly, the Schedule and Procedures for the Distribution of Cash Dividends for the Financial Year 2025 are hereby announced as follows: No Description Date 1. Last Date of Trading with Dividend Rights A ( Cum Dividend ) Regular and Negotiated Market Cash Market 17 March 2026 26 March 2026 2. First Date of Trading without Dividend Rights ( Ex Dividend ) Regular and Negotiated Market Cash Market 25 March 2026 27 March 2026 3. Recording Date of Shareholders Entitled to Dividends (Recording Date) 26 March 2026 4. Cash Dividend Payment Date 07 April 2026 Procedures for the Distribution of Cash Dividends: Cash Dividends will be distributed to Shareholders whose names are recorded in the Company's Register of Shareholders (" RoS ") as of the Recording Date and/or to Shareholders whose shares are held in securities sub-accounts at PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (" KSEI ") at the close of trading on 26 March 2026. For Shareholders whose shares are deposited in the collective custody of KSEI, the payment of Cash Dividends will be carried out through KSEI and will be distributed on 07 April 2026 to the Customer Fund Accounts ( Rekening Dana Nasabah / "RDN") at the securities companies and/or custodian banks where the Shareholders maintain their securities accounts. For Shareholders whose shares are not deposited in the collective custody of KSEI, the Cash Dividends will be transferred directly to the Shareholder's bank account. The Cash Dividends will be subject to tax in accordance with the prevailing tax laws and regulations. In accordance with the prevailing tax regulations, the Cash Dividend will be exempt from tax if received by shareholders classified as domestic corporate taxpayers (" WP Badan DN "), and the Company will not withhold income tax on Cash Dividends paid to such domestic corporate taxpayers. Cash Dividends received by domestic individual taxpayers (" WPOP DN ") will also be exempt from tax provided that the dividends are reinvested within the territory of the Republic of Indonesia. For the domestic individual taxpayers who do not meet the aforementioned reinvestment requirements, the Cash Dividends received will be subject to Income Tax (" PPh ") in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. Such Income Tax must be paid independently by the respective domestic individual taxpayers in accordance with the provisions of Government Regulations No. 9 of 2021 concerning Tax Treatment to Support Ease of Doing Business . Shareholders of the Company may obtain confirmation of dividend payment through the securities company and/or custodian bank where the Shareholders maintain their securities accounts. Furthermore, the Shareholders shall be responsible for reporting the receipt of such dividends in their tax reporting for the relevant tax year in accordance with the prevailing tax laws and regulations. Shareholders who are Foreign Taxpayers whose tax withholding will apply the rate based on a Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement ( "P3B" ) are required to fulfill the requirements stipulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia No. 112 of 2025 concerning Procedures for the Implementation of Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements and to submit proof or record or receipt of the DGT/SKD that has been uploaded to the Directorate General of Taxes' website to KSEI or the Share Registrar within the deadline in accordance with the regulations and provisions of KSEI.
