Reference is made to the announcement by Prospect REIT Management Company Limited ("company") as the REIT Manager of Prospect Logistics and Industrial Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust ("PROSPECT") regarding the notification of the 3rd capital reduction of PROSPECT at the rate of Baht 0.1975 per unit trust, and the payment was scheduled on June 10, 2022. The Company already distributed the proceeds from the capital reduction by decreasing the par value of trust unit from Baht 9.6672 per unit trust to Baht 9.4697 per unit trust, representing a capital reduction of Baht 48,387,500.00. Remaining total paid-up capital of Baht 2,320,076,500.00
The company has informed the 3rd capital reduction of PROSPECT to SCB Asset Management Company Limited, as the Trustee ("Trustee") of PROSPECT and the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") on June 16, 2022. Trustee and SEC have acknowledged the capital reduction of PROSPECT.
