● Financial Highlights 3Q for FYE March 2025 (IFRS)
Revenues increased due to an increase in orders for web and English translation an increase in the number of convocation notices issued, and contributions from services supporting digitization. Profits increased due to the elimination of initial costs for digitization in the same period of the previous year and the recording of a 1,411 million yen gain on sale of affiliate company stocks.

1. Orders for products related to financial results and general shareholders' meetings from listed companies with a fiscal year end in
March peak in the first quarter. As a result, first quarter sales account for about 40% of our annual revenue.
