Profile of the newly proposed Board memberMilena López Rocha
President of Corficolombiana. Economist from Harvard University and holder of an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School. She has more than 20 years of professional experience, during which she served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Ecopetrol S.A. and Cenit Transporte y Logística de Hidrocarburos; Capital Markets Manager at Sociedades Bolívar of Grupo Bolívar; and Partner at Newfoundland Capital Management in Brazil.
She has also held various positions at JPMorgan Chase Bank in London and New York. Additionally, she served as Director General of Public Credit and the National Treasury at the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit. She has likewise been a member of the boards of directors of Banco Davivienda, TAESA, Cenit, Compañía de Seguros Bolívar, Invercolsa, Ocensa, ISA, CTEEP, Ecopetrol, FDN, and Isagén.
