Prisma Properties AB (publ) (“ Prisma Properties ”) has successfully issued senior unsecured green bonds (the " Green Bonds ") in an initial amount of SEK 500,000,000 . The Green Bonds were issued under a total framework of SEK 1,000,000,000 , carries a floating interest rate of 3m Stibor + 265 basis points and will mature in May 2030 . Prisma Properties intends to apply the Green Bonds for admission to trading on the sustainable bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm . Danske Bank A/S, Danmark, Sverige Filial and Nordea Bank Abp acted as joint bookrunners in connection with the issuance of the Green Bonds. Gernandt & Danielsson acted as legal advisor.
