TORONTO, July 07, 2026--Primaris Real Estate Investment Trust ("Primaris" or the "Trust") (TSX: PMZ.UN) announced today that its Board of Trustees has declared a distribution of $0.07333 per unit for the month of July 2026, representing $0.88 per unit on an annualized basis.
