SAN DIEGO , Sept. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- PriceSmart, Inc. ("PriceSmart" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: PSMT) plans to release financial results for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026 on Monday, October 26, 2026, after the market closes. PriceSmart management will host a conference call at 12:00 p.m. Eastern time (9:00 a.m. Pacific time) on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, to discuss the financial results. New Club Opening The Company opened its tenth warehouse club in Costa Rica in August 2026. The new warehouse club occupies a six-acre site in Ciudad Quesada, approximately 47 miles northwest of the nearest club in the capital of San Jose and features a sales floor spanning approximately 42,000 square feet. The club incorporates several sustainable design features, including energy-efficient LED lighting, a CO2-based cooling system, high-efficiency mechanical equipment designed to reduce water and energy consumption, and an on-site wastewater treatment plant. This club is in the northern zone of Costa Rica which is outside the greater metropolitan area of San José, and the Company is encouraged by its initial reception. The Company now operates 58 warehouse clubs in total. About PriceSmart PriceSmart, headquartered in San Diego, owns and operates U.S.-style membership shopping warehouse clubs in Latin America and the Caribbean, selling high-quality merchandise and services at low prices to PriceSmart Members.
