Subject: Determining date for issuing warrants to purchasing the newly issued ordinary shares of PRG Corporation Public Company Limited No.2 (PRG-W2)

Attention: Managing Director of the Stock Exchange of Thailand

The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2022 of PRG Corporation Public Company Limited (the "Company") held on April 28, 2022 has approved to the offering or the allocating of the Company's warrants to purchase ordinary shares No.2 ("PRG-W2") for allocation to existing shareholders of the Company in proportion to their respective shareholdings, not more than 31,499,528 units at no cost. The date for determining the names of the shareholders who shall be entitled to the allocating of the PRG-W2 warrant (Record Date) on March 28, 2022 which 31,418,187 units have been allocated on 30 May 2022.

In this regard, the Company would like inform to determining date for issuance of warrants PRG-W2 as follows:

The term of the PRG-W2 Warrants shall be 2 years 11 months 16 days from the offering or the allocating date PRG-W2. The warrant holders shall be entitled to exercise their first rights of the PRG-W2 Warrants on July 15, 2022. The exercise at the ratio is 1 unit of PRG-W2 warrants for 1 ordinary share at the exercise price of THB 5.00 per share.
