Rane Holdings Limited has informed the Exchange regarding a press release dated March 18, 2024, titled "Rane group announces leadership change at the Board". Mr. L Ganesh will be retiring as Chairman of the operating entities effective from close of business hours on March 31, 2024 and Mr. Harish Lakshman will take over as Chairamn in these operating companies with effect from April 01, 2024.In Rane Holdings Limited(RHL) Mr. L Ganesh will continue as Chairman and Managing Director and Mr. Harish Lakshman will continue as Vice-Chairman and Joint Managing Director.
