The Board of Directors of the Company has, at its Meeting held today i.e. on Monday, August 25, 2025,considered and approved : Pursuant to the provision(s) of Regulation 24A of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Dinesh Kumar Gupta, Practicing Company Secretary, Indore (M.P.) as Secretarial Auditors of the Company for a period of 5years for FY 2025-26 to 2029-30 subject to approval of Shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting
