Amendment of Financial Calendar for 2025

PREMIA Properties (the «Company») announces the amendment of the date of publication of the Flash Note of the Annual Financial Results for FY2024 which shall take place on February 27th, 2025, after the closing of the Athens Stock Exchange.
The Company reserves the right to alter the abovementioned date having promptly informed investors accordingly with a new announcement.
