Heidenheim, 02/05/2025. HARTMANN successfully continued its Transformation Program last year. It contributed to significant improvements in earnings, despite consistently challenging market conditions. The preliminary organic sales growth for 2024 reflects a moderate increase of 2.6% compared to 2023. The positive sales development is mainly due to the introduction of new products as part of the Transformation Program. At EUR 261 million, preliminary adjusted EBITDA was EUR 58 million or 29% above the previous year's figure and therefore within the higher range of the forecast, which was last raised to between EUR 230 and 270 million. The Company's Transformation Program again made a significant contribution to earnings through the introduction of new products and structural cost measures. "In addition to the significant improvement in the Group earnings, we gained market share in strategic key areas, such as advanced wound care. Our market environment remained challenging in 2024. The positive development is therefore due to our consistent continuation of our corporate transformation," says Britta Fünfstück, CEO of the HARTMANN GROUP.
