TAMPA, February 6, 2015 PPJ Healthcare Enterprises, Inc. (OTCPink:PPJE) (“the Company”) today announced a $10,000 cash reward program for information leading to the arrest and conviction of any individuals that have engaged in criminal activities with regard to the company.
This reward program is sponsored by PPJE CEO Chandana Basu who will offer a $10,000 reward for information leading to arrest and conviction of any person who has committed criminal actions on herself or the company. All reports will be held in confidence.
“We are especially interested in evidence of illegal naked short selling,” said Ms. Basu. “ We note that January 29, 2015 101 million shares of our stock was sold, very close to the our float. This strongly suggests that we have illegal naked short sellers in our stock. We intend to pursue this vigorously and ask the authorities to fully investigate.”
The company and Ms. Basu are also interested in other instances of stock fraud, including violations of Section 17B of the Securities Act of 1933, and other economic and securities crimes.
“The more you look at the history of this company, the more you find yourself totally outraged by the blatant crimes committed on PPJE,” said Ms. Basu. "We are now encouraged by recent activity by the authorities and the fact that the reports we are receiving recently are increasing. We intend to bring anyone harming the company and its shareholders to justice.”
